The plant is Clerodendrum indicum for sure. Besides Shrikant Ji is right. these are not flowers and are actually persistant calyx lobes. the flowers in this species are white coloured and with long narrow corolla tubes which sort of make them heavy to stay too long as flower and fall off very early.
