Yazdy ji and Alok ji Perhaps it is one of the two. The surface of fruit is similar to C. hystrix but thickness of rind suggests C. medica. Perhaps if leaves could be seen it would be clinching. They are quite distinct. Petiole is hardly winged in C. medica whereas winged petiole is almost 3/4 as large as the leaf blade.
