The tree looks like a miniature Barringtonia......and the flowers which I
checked on the net...also look amazingly like those of the Barringtonia.
Dont you think so? --

Kindly help identify this tree.

Pictures are of two trees but they are the same in every way, one is young
and one is a little older.

They are growing near each other at Worli, Mumbai.
