As per descriptions in "Bengal Plants", "Botany of Bihar and Orissa",
"Flora of British India" and "Flora Indica" this is not *O. herbacea* Roxb.,
I would say might be *O. corymbosa* L.
At the same time I do not know if it can be *Hedyotis herbacea* L. of FoC
<http://www.efloras.org/florataxon.aspx?flora_id=2&taxon_id=242324561>,
perhaps not, stem doesn't look like four angled, either weak or strong.
I, with my very limited knowledge and experience, also doubt the identity
of all eFI posts marked as *O. h.*

Thank you
Regards
