Yes Monochoria vaginalis--Pontederiaceae. I had grown this plant in the periphery of a pond inhabiting yellow lotus in the Herbal Garden of DR.Y S Parmar University of Horticulture & Forestry, Nauni,Solan,HP.It has medicinal properties.
