This would be Parmentiera cerifera and rightly Candle Tree. The leaves would be trifoliolaate with narrowly winged petioles and lanceeolate leaflets. The spathulate calyx and white flowers indicate ID as above, pls confirm by observing leaves. Regards Shrikant Ingalhalikar
