Dear members, For the red amaranth pics i posted within the group, i received two identifications:- One A. cruentus and other saying it to be A. tricolor. Please can some help distinguish between the two. Is it true that A. tricor is not the edible species and is ornamental while A. cruentus is used for cooking...?? Not sure. And any difference in the inflorescence heads- one erect n in other species drooping?
Thanks. Best wishes, Nanu -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "indiantreepix" group. To post to this group, send email to [email protected].
