 I would think this is Aeonium arboreum although there are several quite
similar looking species in the Canary Islands and they can hybridise.  A.
arboreum is the one widely grown as an ornamental and the images match it
well.  There is a commonly grown bronze/purple form of this species in
cultivation too.
