When I was at Nagzira National Park on 28th Dec., 2009.I observed
many Jewel beetles on this, Jatropha podagrica {EUPHORBIACEAE]
(ID given by DrPankaj Kumar, [email protected]).
I saw them sitting on the buds only.
When I took my camera very close, for Super Micro shot, they were not
disturbed as if they sleeping. May they are feeding or Basking
This is new to me, and also interesting.
I want to share with this group.
