Anurag Ji, Dinesh Ji, Vijayasankar Ji, The flower form doesn't look like that of other *Hygrophila* we have seen so far. Here corolla is not markedly 2 lipped. Corolla tube is rather cylindric, marked with stripes. To me it looks more like *Ebermaiera* species than anything else. Bracts and bracteoles also conform.
I think this maybe *Ebermaiera glauca* Nees <http://plantillustrations.org/illustration.php?id_illustration=130578>. Please check the probability.
