Aarti ji since date is already in your post please serialize your uploads as AKFEB01/01, AKFEB02/02, AKFEB03/03, etc. Once you start family uploads and you have uploaded say 10 in general category, serialize it as AKFEB01/11, AKFEB02/12, etc. In this way there would be separate count of two types of uploads and total uploads, and at the end of the month I will be able to tally your family uploads, general uploads and total uploads, and also avoid spill over to next month.
