This is not P.foetida. I am sure. Stems are thin , wiry and
woody covered with sticky yellow hairs. Leaves are quite different. .
They have glandular hairs on stems and stipular tendrils :

Regarding the photographs sent by Anurag the photograph of the
flower is not clear. However, the leaves resemble P.suberosa . Hence
the species could be P.suberosa.
