This must be *Tricholepis glaberrima* which stands about a metre tall, with
flower-head of the size as seen in your 3rd pic.
*T. amplexicaulis* is a larger herb, about 1.5 - 2 m tall, with basal
leaves of amplexicaul nature; larger flower-head with robust stalk.
