This is *Lobelia*, but species level id is difficult, pictures are not clear except the flower, and no statistics available to determine. ID is not done this way. One *Lobelia zeylanica* L. is similar looking, not the one in our database, search the net for other pics. Since pedicel is long and leaves subsessile it is more likely *Lobelia terminalis* C. B. Clarke.
