The correct nomenclature will be as follows: *Acacia concinna *(Willd.) DC., Prodr. 2: 464. 1825; Nielsen in Fl. Males. Ser. I, 11(1): 48. 1992. *Mimosa concinna *Willd., Sp. Pl. ed. 4, 4(2): 1039. 1806; *Mimosa sinuata *Lour., Fl. Cochinch. 653. 1790. *Acacia sinuata *(Lour.) Merr. in Trans. Amer. Philos. Soc., n. s. 24(2): 186. 1935, non Jacques, 1860.
