I found botanical painting of *Strobilanthes zenkeriana* at Plant Illustrations ORG <http://plantillustrations.org/illustration.php?id_illustration=86727> ... the leaves are kind of round rather than elliptical. At India Nature Watch <http://www.indianaturewatch.net/displayimage.php?id=475064> I found one closeup of *Strobilanthus foliosus *flowers, and hint of a leaf.
