It is *Enydra fluctuans* Lour. (Asteraceae). Though the TPL 2013 <http://www.theplantlist.org/tpl1.1/record/gcc-134747> mention it as unresolved it is a well known species in Indian floras as also mentioned by Karthikeyan et al. 2009. DSRawat Pantnagar
