A reply from Dr. Porcher: "I can confirm that the 2 names Toddaliabilocularis W. & A. and *Vepris bilocularis*Engl. are synonyms, *Vepris bilocularis*Engl. being the preferred name. I have not covered these 2 genera in the MMPND yet.
