Usha Di, This is not a native plant. It is a govt nursery cultivating ornamental & garden plants. I have studied a lot of native plants and also have a book. Trying to Search for images with climber having yellow flowers. Looks quite close to Mandevilla, with leaves little bigger oval shaped and flowers smaller. Leaves not thick and glossy. Regards, Aarti
