it is
Datura innoxia Mill. Gard.---As  the fruiting spines are long and
numerous(pic no 4--3275900303_6285a94300_b) (in case of D. metal they
are very short and distant)
Common names: Dhotra, Pandhra Dhotra, Safed Dhotra.

Datura metel L.
Common names: Indian Datura, Dhotra, Kala-dhotra.
