I have worked on chemotaxonomic studies in some Indian bamboos in my PhD and presently in a phase of chalking out a paper on Bambusa vulgaris. can anyone please help me with the morphological characteristic details of three varieties of Bambusa vulgaris i.e Bambusa vulgaris var. vulgaris, Bambusa vulgaris var. wamin and Bambusa vulgaris var. striata. i want the details in the form of text and also the photographs of sheath hair pattern and young shoots. i have gone through the famous books on bamboos i.e. Bamboos of India and 37 bamboos growing in India but they were of little use to me. beyond that can i get some help. the final publication will share the authorship.
