Tapas ji, to me it seems *Leucas stelligera*. The leaves and habit makes me think so. Not sure about the hint of brown on the flowers (right in the centre of photo, and also somewhere halfway in right-top quadrant) typically seen in *L. ciliatus*. The leaves of L. ciliatus are however different from what are seen here.
