Nidhan ji the Himalayan plant (S. gutinosa auct. , Hook.f., non L.) is correctly S. nubicola, differentiated by taller erect habit, thicker leaves and cleft lower lip of corolla clearly seen in your photographs. Here is excellent comparison.
