Thank you very much Garg ji for resurfacing this query, and thank you too Nidhan ji for the possibility of Nepeta sp. Actually, I missed to update my notes with earlier posting <https://groups.google.com/d/msg/indiantreepix/D2oz5N09dVs/C6v4cToxOqsJ> of this plant where Nayan ji had suggested possibility of *Salvia plebeia*. Now I do feel my posted plant must be *Salvia plebeia*.
