I am not an expert. These pictures were shot at an altitude of 11500-12000
ft before
reaching to the Khardung -La. As per the hints received from Nidhan Singh
jee I guess
it is   Lepidium densiflorum
<http://www.cdhs.us/Flower%20Project/Family%20Index/Cruciferae%20Index/L.%20densiflorum/L.%20densiflorum%20Fset.htm>
and
it looks like that.

Please arrange to ID from some expert  if possible.
