oxalis stricta may be but difficult to say unless you have details of the rhizome and the habit, etc
oxalis stricta i have seen have flowers almost the same size as the leaves here the one flower seems quite small compared to the leaves. since its a dense mat (pic 3), i dont think it will suffer from uprooting a couple of the plants for the full picture and measurements, including those of the flowers.
