FOI website says the plant grows at an altitude of 2700-4300m http://www.flowersofindia.net/catalog/slides/Fuzzy%20Knotweed.html Also Flora of Pakistan says the plant is "Very common in the dry inner zones, between 1200-4000 m" http://www.efloras.org/florataxon.aspx?flora_id=5&taxon_id=242100127 And Jamnagar has an altitude of 17m. What possible ways could it have travelled this far?
