Balakrishnan Sir already mentioned that it is not Euphorbia hirta and it
may be an introduced species.
The way out is to download the images and compare them with the book, Genus
Euphorbia in India.  If it is not found there then the alliance can be
indicated.  Let us try for  the possible identity.  Will return back to you
soon.
