Yes, this is Putranjiva roxburghii, usually cultivated everywhere.
Recently an ayurvedic drug has been discovered from the seeds of the plant
which is claimed to be an infertility drug or very effective in producing a
male child, as per reports published in newspapers.
The fruits are made into garlands and worn on children to drive away all
evil.  The name Putranjiva is derived from this belief, coined by Nathaniel
Wallich in 1826.
