Anurag Ji, it must be the species what Janarthanam ji suggested. However, what I find in BSI published docs (each species separately in pdf file) -
(i) foliar organ spatulate to obovoid; ... upper lip shallowly emarginate to truncate at apex, lower lip obovate to suborbicular .. rounded or slightly 3-4 lobed at apex = *praeterita* (ii) foliar organ 10 x 1.5 cm (would it be mm?) linear to strap shaped; .... upper lip rounded or obtuse at apex, lower lip rounded or retuse at apex = *graminifolia* That's why suggested probability of *praeterita*. But at the same time longer spur is character of *graminifolia*. I have never seen any of the two taxa while BSI published docs are based on Janarthanam Ji's work.
