I think it may be the one called water hawthorn
because the leaf shape
but love to see the flower itself for definitive diagnosis

there are other aponogetons


*AND SINCE y*ou did take a plant ot two out, did you get to measure the
leaves?? and get closer look at the roots and undersurface of the leaf?
