Before saving the related page where those images were inserted (following steps you have explained) at step - *9. Now from the tool bar which is visible on the image, select 'Wrap on' & 'S' (for small size)* you need to do one more job - The image toolbar will give an option to "*change/remove/visit" the link* - click *change* the link select "*open in new window*" in the "message box" that pops up click ok save the edited page.
