While taking pictures of Oberonia in the southern part of India please take some time to take picture of a flower from back side. The dorsal sepal is very important and also the knowledge of presence or absence of hairs or hair like things on the flower. Its not easy to understand this flower but it is very very close to what I think of Oberonia josephii because there is lot of space between the two lobes of labellum. Thanks a lot for sharing sir.
