I agree with Dr. Gurcharan.Its Salvia leucantha from Lamiaceae family , also known as Velvet Sage as its buds/flowers are velvety to touch.Another species of Salvia is buchanni which is pink in colour.This plant is favourite to Humming birds. Shobha
