This is Crotalaria filipes or C. filipes var panthaki

Looks very close to C. hebecarpa but r/o because raceme is long is 2-3
flowered.

To be fair to Mahadeshwara ji, bracts of C. prostrata cannot be seen at
this distance, you need close up photo's as the bracts are small and a
lateral view of the flower. Practically, however I can say that habit is
not of C. prostrata but C. filipes and quite honestly it's variation
'panthaki'.
