Dracaena fragrans (solid green form) may be correct, however, it is not cv. 
'Massangeana'. The cultivar is noted by a contrasting chartreuse stripes 
against the dark green background. (Examples easily found online).

In the US, the solid green form is very rare in the trade; nearly all are the 
'Massangeana' cultivar.

However, Promilaji identified it as D. fragrans. From website I had the idea it 
could be Dracaena fragrans var. massangeana.It will be clear to you if you look 
at the photo of the same plant sent sometime  early February, showing the 
flowers in full bloom after 15 days. Thanks once again
