Dear Arati ji, I think it's *Baleria cristata* . *Barelia terminalis* has more vibrant blue colour hence called "Blue Barleria". the photo provided by you shows a light shade of azurie [just like a glare], *B cristata* has some plant which shows similar flower colour .
