If the pods belong to the same tree then it has to be Erythrina variegata.
 E. stricta and E. suberosa both have pods which are much less constricted 
between the seeds.
These black distinctly torulose pods are characteristic of E. variegata.
The image of the leaves seems to show the whitish yellow midrib of this 
commonly planted species.
