I was going through Terminalia elliptica while doing some 'house-keeping'
on my collection I noticed that the pattern (holes in leaves) of worm
infestation (image - 2) of the leaves is also very similar.
This infestation, whatever it is, is occurring in a large number of T.
elliptica trees, at least in Mumbai.
It does not seem to destroy / harm the tree significantly.
More information on the matter is solicited.

Regards,

Samir Mehta
