I didn't notice that the reply from Kunhikannan ji was to 'me' only. Also
there were two pictures in the thread due to some mix up. The plant has been
IDed as *Phytolacca octandra* from family Phytolaccaceae.
He says...............
It is Phytolacca octandra L. grows mostly in higher altitudes
