These two plants were clearly different from each other even in the
types of leaves. There are simple leaves in Cornus and Compound leaves
in Pistacia. Although fruits apparently appear similar, but their
assemblage on peduncle is also different in both.

There is no problem and mixing in the post

I do not know from where the wrong picture came.
