Many thanks to everyone who replied.
  I wanted to know the difference between the two species and this could be
found in eflora of Pak. :
2 (1)
<http://www.efloras.org/florataxon.aspx?flora_id=5&taxon_id=129159#KEY-1-1>
Leaves
up to 30 cm long; leaflets elliptic-lanceolate, acute. Petals without scales
  Sapindus trifoliatus
<http://www.efloras.org/florataxon.aspx?flora_id=5&taxon_id=250063391>
+ Leaves up to 17 cm long; leaflets elliptic- ovate, obtuse or emarginate.
Petals with 2 woolly scales Sapindus emarginatus
<http://www.efloras.org/florataxon.aspx?flora_id=5&taxon_id=250063393>

So based on the leaves this is definitely S. emarginatus, as Id-d by
Santhan-ji and Kasim-ji. Thanks to Vijigiri-ji for the pointer.

Although I have often seen Soapnut, ( Ritha), had never seen the tree, so
this ID is all the more valuable. Sadly, the habitat, off the Chingleput,
road is fast being lost to "development".

Thanks and regards
