I think Arti is right. It seems close to E. variegata, unless there is a local species from Oman. The leaves seem to be completely glabrous and the stem with black prickles is another clue. All the specimens of E. suberosa I have seen are completely leafless at flowering time. Once the tree is fruiting you will be able to get a more definite id.
