Respected Dr. Gurcharan Singh Sir and Dr. Nidhan Singh Ji

This plant is confusing me for the last 3-4 years. Some of its
characteristics are matching with Tricholepis elongata (as suggested here
by Dr. Gurcharan Singh Sir) and some with Serratula pallida. My photographs
are more near to recently named species Tricholepis raghavendrae, except
for flower colour. It is pale in my case but purplish in Tricholepis
raghavendrae. But all the available literature for this area points towards
T. elongata.
Hope some conclusion will emerge soon.

Attaching a paper which may be of some help.
