Is it not the same as *Senecio cephalophorus* posted by Singh ji in another thread <https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/indiantreepix/GUxcuMxnCX8> or is it *Senecio fulgens *as already identified by Vijayasankar ji & Singh ji plant is also *Senecio cephalophorus* ?
