I'm finding it difficult to match the leaves to the flower. In one picture
the leaves look like a eucalyptus. In another, they look oleander-like. The
flowers look like Crucifers!

It doesn't add up to anything that I know. Any further hints with the
leaves? Milky latex? Can you do some close-ups, please so we can see
venation more clearly? And maybe the bark of the tree will help too
