There seems to be some miscommunication here Neil.
This looks like Crotalaria leptostachya.

Why so?
1. Crotalaria triquetra inflorescnce is few flowered (c/f C. leptostachya
where inflorescence is many flowered, as here)
2. Crotalaria triquetra is usually not more than 50-75cms in height whereas
C. leptostachya is 1m+.
3. Leaves here are suggestive of C. leptostachya.
