I don't know, but foliage shape and veination suggests Zizyphus or some other 
Rhamnaceae.

Please help to id this medium sized tree found commonly in the deciduous 
forests of Satyamangalam RF in TN. 

Leaves are 3-nerved and alternate; mature fruits orange in colour and fruit 
size not exceeding 1.5cm across.
