Yes it is OK!
In this style we need not to write name twice, *eFI *and *Efloraofindia, *as
in my style.

Interestingly, online Indian flora by BSI is also named as 'eFlora of India
<http://efloraindia.nic.in/efloraindia/eFloraHomePage.action>' but they
have yet not mentioned 'How to Cite'.
