It is not Randia uliginosa, for sure (

think Nidhan ji is closer to the id. (
http://www.flowersofindia.net/catalog/slides/Himalayan%20Randia.html)
Here the picture shows only fruits (immature) and the nature of leaves are
very much matching with *Himalrandia tetrasperma*
